The leader of an Asafo company is likened to the crocodile, a wise manager, and a leader in the water as well as on land.
 
Proverb:
Fish grow fat for the benefit of the crocodile - who rules the river. 

A good leader (crocodile) does not overwhelm his fish but rather lets them grow in the sacred pond to gain power and knowledge as this will strengthen his/her kingdom.
